CONCEPT (in relation to the theme "LOCUS") |
Words change their meanings and give different impressions
according to the speaker's age, gender, cultural background,
and the circumstances (place, time) in which the words were
spoken.
By using the form of balloons often seen in cartoons, this
project intends to visualize such nature of words and elicit
its re-examination.
The work only supplies the key-word; it needs specific surroundings
and people to make it take form: This is what I consider as
"location". |
